Setup FastestVPN with PPTP Protocol on Belkin Router

This tutorial explains how to connect your Belkin Router to FastestVPN using PPTP Protocol.

Go to web browser and access your router’s Web Configuration Panel by entering its IP address in the search bar. The default IP to access the router is 192.168.2.1

It will ask for your router’s Username and Password. Enter that information and login.

Depending on your router’s model, the router’s default username and password combination could be one of these:

admin and admin
blank and admin
admin and blank
blank and blank

Here is how to connect a Belkin router to FastestVPN via PPTP protocol.

Step #1: Go to “Internet” and select “PPTP“.

(If you don’t find Internet option, then go to Internet WAN > Connection Type > PPTP and click on “Next“).

Step #2: Enter following information:

Wan Interface Type: Dynamic IP Address

Username: FastestVPN Username

Password: FastestVPN Password

Step #3: Put a FastestVPN’s PPTP “Server IP address”.

Copy your desired PPTP server address and convert it in IP Address.

Step #4: Enter following information:

Connection ID: 0

MTU: 1400

Type: Keep Connection

Click on “Apply”
