SUBSCRIPTION INFO AND BILLING ISSUES

No FastestVPN is a paid service. We do not offer a free trial but offer a 15-days money back guarantee.

Although you can’t connect to the VPN server without paying for the service, but you can make a temporary account by installing FastestVPN Android or iOS App. For that, install the App on your phone and sign up for a free account. That account would allow you to login to the App but you’ll require to purchase the service in order to connect to VPN servers.

Yes, the subscription will auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle except the lifetime subscription. If you want to cancel the auto-renewal, contact our support team.

We believe that you won’t have to go elsewhere after signing up for FastestVPN. Still, if you are not satisfied with the service or any other reason, you can contact our support via email or livechat.

  • Please note that Ad-blocker, NAT firewall and Anti Malware are enabled at server-end by default and there is no control available at user end. However, our Chrome and Firefox browser extensions have an option to turn the Ad-blocker on and off.

    Make sure that your Credit Card or PayPal account shows a successful transaction.
    Usually FastestVPN account is automatically created right after your payment goes through. However in some cases it can take 30 minutes or more. Check your email inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders for FastestVPN account details.

    CONNECTION ISSUES AND TROUBLESHOOTING

    Follow these steps:

  • Make sure you are entering the correct username and password to login to App. Both the username and password are case sensitive
  • Use the “Forgot Password” Link on FastestVPN App or Reset your Password here
  • Follow these steps:

  • Logout of FastestVPN App and re-login and try to connect
  • If the above step doesn’t work, then click on FastestVPN App Settings and select a different VPN protocol
  • Still if you are unable to connect, try a different server location from the list
  • Click on FastestVPN App Settings and change the VPN protocol. After that reconnect a VPN server.

  • If you face the issue with other protocols as well, connect to another server or contact our support team.
  • After selecting your desired server location, you need to click on the round “Connect” button on the App. If you click “Smart Connect” FastestVPN App will automatically choose any optimal server for you.

  • Sometimes, if a server is not responding for some reason, FastestVPN App automatically connects you to another server if available in the same country.
  • Turn on your Windows Firewall if off. Further, make sure that no tird party like an Antivirus which is controlling the Windows firewall is blocking FastestVPN. You can explore your Security Software Settings and find the option to allow FastestVPN.


     
    BROWSER EXTENSION

    Browser extension servers use HTTPS proxy and make sure that HTTP content would be transferred over SSL/TLS resulting in a secure connection. However, if you want full-fledged security, using FastestVPN App is recommended.

  • Servers available in FastestVPN desktop and mobile Apps are different from each other. They have some server locations in common while some locations which are available in the browser extensions are not available in our desktop/ mobile Apps and vice versa?

  • Sometimes, if a server is not responding for some reason, FastestVPN App automatically connects you to another server if available in the same country.
  • It usually happens when you miss a step while installing FastestVPN Firefox extension. If you are unable to connect any server on Firefox extension: follow these steps

  • On Firefox browser, click on Settings -> Add-ons
  • Click on FastestVPN
  • Scroll down and select “Allow” next to “Run in Private Window”
  • If you are still unable to connect, then logout of the extension and re-login. A remove and reinstall may also work.
