OpenVPN (TCP/ UDP) Setup for Windows 7, 8, 10

Step #1: Download FastestVPN config files for OpenVPN TCP and UDP from here.

Step #2: Download OpenVPN GUI Client from here and double click the downloaded file to run it.

Step #3: Click on “Next

Step #8: Uncheck “Show Readme” and click “Finish

Step #9: Now right click on “OpenVPN GUI” icon on your desktop and select “Properties

Step #10: Click on “Adanced

Step #11: Put a check sign on “Run as administrator” and then click on “OK

Step #12: Now go to the config files which you’ve already downloaded in step 1 and unzip those files. After that, copy and paste them in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config.

Note: You may copy and paste TCP files, or UDP files or all as per desire.

Step #13: If it requires administrative permission then check “Do this for all current items” and click on “Continue“, otherwise proceed for the next step

Step #14: In the system tray, you can see OpenVPN GUI icon. Right click on this, then select your desired FastestVPN server and click on “Connect

Step #15: Enter your FastestVPN Username and Password. Click on “Save password” if you want the password to be saved for this specific server and click on “OK

Step #16: FastestVPN will be connected shortly as the OpenVPN GUI icon in the system tray will become green.openvpn connected


You are connected. Enjoy complete online freedom!!


When you need to disconnect, right click on OpenVPN GUI icon in system tray, go to the connected server and click on “Disconnect
